I am a modernistic ideologist. Politically I am a liberal socialist but have a tendency to make more conservative choices when it comes to elections. I am married with Manuela which is from Ljubljana, Slovenia and we are currently located in Norway not far from Oslo, the capital city of Norway.
Professionally I am currently working for Gjerdrum Municipality as a project manager for e-health. Prior to this I spent 2,5 years in the north working for Meloy and Fauske Municiaplity as an advisor for municipality reforms. I came from a position in Digitale Gardermoen IS a municipality joint venture in the Gardermoregion focusing on digital development. Specialities are leadership, innovation and change. I have more than 30 years experience from the consulting business.
I have had manager positions in Visionlab Norway and Visionlab Slovenia (9 years) as well as Unisys (3,5 years). Visionlab delivered mainly mgt.mt. consulting services as well as innovation services. Unisys is better known as one of the big 5 IT companies in the world.
Visionlab was liquidated in 2010 at the age of 7 years. In the period 2010-2012 I was engaged in a various number of business development projects, as well as Mngt.mt. for hire, before taking a position at the Norwegian medical association in the fall of 2012.
Before starting Visionlab in 2003 I worked with Unisys Norway were I was a manager for software development. At Unisys I was a driving force for consulting services that expanded existing service level at Unisys Norway. Prior to Unisys I held consulting positions at Corechange AB in Sweden, Mandator, NSP Group and Monitor Software in Norway and a management position at Vericom ASA.
I’ve been fortunate to work with a variety of sectors such as shipping, telecom, consumer goods, energy, public and governmental institutions, public services, health care, politics and academics.
I have a Bachelors degree in CS from Pace University, New York, USA and my management education is from Unisys University, University of Karlstad and the Norwegian School of Business. I have academic degrees in Master of Innovation Management from Karlstad and a Executive Masters of Management from the Norwegian School of Business. Currently I am taking subject courses at Universitetet Nord in social studies and innovation.
