Philippa has written an informative and good book about how to adjust your mental balance. She gives some good excersices on how to deal with your own mental health in everyday life. A must read for those who dear to take a plunge into their self.
You can say much about all these do it yourself books. This is not such a book. For those that are a bit interested in why we act, react, feel, think and develop/change should pay attention and give this book a chance. Good reading and stay Sane!
